Oficio emitido por J[osé] S[alvador] Agraz S., director de la Facultad de Ciencias Químicas, al Rector de la Universidad Nacional, en donde pone a consideración el Proyecto de Reglamento a fin de modificarlo si es pertinente, así como respuesta por parte del Rector, para que dicho reglamento se ponga en vigor, y la aprobación por parte del Consejo Universitario. Está también la respuesta del Director en donde se menciona que ya se dan las disposiciones necesarias para poner en vigor dicho reglamento en esa Facultad.
